We service all types of major home appliances including but not limited to, Freezers, Cooktops, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Disposals, Refrigerators, Ovens and Ranges.
We realize interrupting your day to have your appliance repaired isn’t what most of us dream of doing. To help minimize the disruption, all of our appointments are scheduled with a three hour time window; e.g., 10:00-1:00, 12:00-3:00, etc. We will contact you in the afternoon one business day prior to your appointment to estimate when we plan to arrive to service your appliance. If you would like, we can also call you 15-30 minutes prior to arriving.
A covered manufacturer warranty repair is provided at no charge, per the terms of your product’s manufacturer warranty. In warranty repairs do not include customer education, or other repairs not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, such as physical damage. Out of Warranty repairs are broken into 3 categories: 1) Trip and Diagnosis, 2) Repair Labor and 3) Parts. Trip and Diagnosis includes our technician visiting your home, reviewing what is needed to repair your appliance and a written estimate of the work required for your appliance. Trip, Diagnosis and Labor are one time charges, regardless of how many trips we may need to make to repair your appliance.
We can help by giving the unit a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth the repair. Our technicians have years of field experience and will let you know if the cost of the repair is a better value than replacing the unit. If you choose not to have any repair work done, or the unit is not repairable, you would be responsible for just the Trip and Diagnostic fee.
With the exception of apartments or commercial settings, we cannot send our technicians out to a home without a person being there during the repair. Invariably there are questions that someone needs to be on location to help us with. Please contact us to set up a more convenient date/time if this is the case.
Payment for the repair provided is due when the technician completes the repair. We accept cash, checks or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and will email you a receipt showing what was done, and any relevant charges. Some exceptions do apply, so please contact our office and any one of our friendly office staff will be able to help you with further information.
At Diamond Factory Service all repairs are reviewed by a senior technician prior to our technician visiting your home. We literally have thousands of parts in stock to draw off of. Based upon your make and model, we’ll do our best to get your repair completed on the first trip. However, if we don’t succeed, there is no additional cost to you for our having to return. Any second trips required include no additional trip or labor charge.

We charge a $125 diagnostic visit. After that, you receive a flat-rate quote for parts and labor. No guesswork.

Range Repair
Can you install a new range?
No, we specialize in repair only. For installations, we suggest using a licensed contractor.
Do you work on double ovens?
Yes, as long as they’re part of a Whirlpool-brand range or built-in unit.
Will you provide a written estimate?
Always. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
Cooktop Repair
What if my appliance is under warranty?
Let us know when you call. We work with Whirlpool warranty support.
Are your technicians background-checked?
Yes, all of our techs are background-checked and fully certified by Whirlpool.
What’s your warranty policy?
Labor is covered for 90 days, and parts are covered for one year.
Vent Hood Repair
Are your techs trained to fix my exact model?

Microwave Repair
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes. Someone 18 or older must be present to allow access and approve repairs.

Yes—we service IKEA microwaves that were manufactured by Whirlpool, which includes most models.

Dishwasher Repair
How long does a repair usually take?
Many repairs are completed in one visit, but if parts are needed, we can typically return within 1–2 business days.
Will I know the cost before work begins?
Absolutely. You’ll get a full quote before any repairs start. No surprises.
What if I’m not home when the tech arrives?
We require someone 18 or older to be present for all service appointments.
Washing Machine Repair
Can you fix error codes like F5E2 or LF?
Absolutely. We know how to interpret Whirlpool error codes and address the actual root cause.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and a full 1-year warranty on any parts we install.
Do you install new washers or haul away old ones?
No, we focus only on repair—not installation or removal.
Dryer Repair
Do you clean dryer vents?
No—we only handle appliance repair, not ductwork or vent cleaning.
Do you repair stacked washer/dryer units?
Yes, if they are Whirlpool-branded and the dryer is accessible. Let us know ahead of time for clearance.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes—an adult 18 or older must be present during the service appointment.
Refrigerator Service
What happens if a part needs to be ordered?
We carry over 1,000 parts in our vans, but if we don’t have it, we can usually get it within 1–2 business days.
Do you warranty your repairs?

Do you repair IKEA wine coolers?
